We use iSAMS as our MIS, due to this we have to complete manual data transfers from iSAMS to NRS's Trust-E solution, if anyone has done this before do you know: What format the data needs to be? How to import upon bulk? (200ish students) Thanks in advanced!
thebatman Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 We use SIMS and Trust-e Extractor, but have needed to do it by hand once. The data needs to be in a Plan Text Format with Tab delimited. There is some basic info on the Import page of "Trust-e School Catering Management" > "System Setup" > "Import/Export Data".

round2it Posted July 6, 2015 Posted July 6, 2015 I would sudgest giving tech support a ring as you run the risk of data loss and that would be a nighmare to fix. Support will have an admin account for use on the server
