Arreks Posted June 29, 2015 Posted June 29, 2015 Anyone still playing? I recently got back into it and to be honest I really like the changes! I've even been neglecting EVE as a result of playing so much bounties seem a lot more scaled, AI seems a bit better, powerplay is quite cool (for the Empire!) and I tried Wings finally for the first time which was quite cool. I'm just slowly getting my rank up so I can get an Imperial Clipper..
ICTDirect_Dave Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Saw you online the other night but was too absorbed in my High Intensity resource zone pirate hunting to be sociable. I'm really liking the changes. Everything we do now has an effect on the greater galaxy.

Arreks Posted July 6, 2015 Author Posted July 6, 2015 Grr nevermind PowerPlay is stupid after all, definitely in need of a patch! it's so unbalanced and a grindfest. Even better, if you want to advance quickly you have to pay credits - it's like a mobile game with microtransactions rather than a feature..
haldarulon Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 still playing this whenever I can! absolutely love it! was exploring with a pal for a while...now just flying out and taking each day as it comes...explore trade bounty...cant commit to one or the other, maybe why I have been hooked for so long! no factions chosen I am not getting in to that side just yet... but also played the CQC on the XB1 and that is impressive but on the PC OH my! it is gonna kick butt!
ICTDirect_Dave Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 I'm getting in a few hours a week still I'm loving the Powerplay aspect. It's added a lot to the game. I've been ferrying marked weapons into unsuspecting systems for Denton Patreus which in turn causes them to default on loans and let him launch Military Strikes to take control. I'm getting 100k a week salary from the empire too which is nice!
haldarulon Posted August 26, 2015 Posted August 26, 2015 lol... funny to see its all about the money! me personally I have my Mk III kitted out for general messing about... but I just enjoy the flying around and not getting shot out of the sky (is it sky in space?) think its more fun to be a bit of a target and trying to survive... will get a bit worried when it turns out to be global wars...with all players fighting each other then it will be time to pick a side and get a bigger ship!

Now that my rage has subsided, what's everyone doing in it? I kinda wanna switch to trading instead of pure bounty hunting but I feel like i'd make less money (been using those market websites to calculate profits).
