[ipad] Airserver and mandatory profiles

Hi guys

 

Just trialing airserver here and like the product but have an issue with using it with mandatory profiles.

 

i have installed the trial but whenever i launch the trial it asks for the reg code again (it is saved in the box so it is remembering it)

 

if i buy the full version will this box go away?

 

 

do i need to put anything in the mandatory profile ?

 

 

im hoping the registered key sits on the pc and not in the users profile.

 

any help appretiated

In the version that we got you can activate it (under admin privileges which does it for all users of the PC) at time of install (details here - Deploying AirServer 1.9.6 via SCCM | my world of IT).

 

However I'm pretty sure they were changing that licencing model so that this doesn't work anymore...either way worth a go!

The support people have not replied after 2 days so thats worrying

When you install it, select the box activate for all users.

yea it looks like the demo needs activating upon each launch so presume the full version will not do this.
