Guest Posted June 24, 2015 Posted June 24, 2015 Hi Im having a problem with deploying windows 7 via a task sequence. the problem im having is.... the task sequence runs all the way through to the end but im finding that the time is out by a few hours! ive looked through my task sequences. the rules tab and boot.ini file for anything specified for time zone nothing there. ive made sure all language is set for en-GB in the unattend.xml file for the image in the task sequence! also made sure that the GMT Standard Time is set in the xml file. i find that its changed my bios clock. and windows is going by the bios clock. when i change the bios clock back the time is set correctly in windows! what in a normal task sequence could be changing my bios clock? help!!!!!
Guest Posted June 26, 2015 Posted June 26, 2015 I figured it out. there was a setting in the custom.ini that was conflicting with the unattend.xml file!
