[sims] SIMs Teacher App

Hi All,

Any one have an idea where I can find the teachers association regarding teacher association with the teacher app. Reading the papers provided by Capita no info is stored in the cloud its all pulled live from our SIMs. So in my head I must be able to find the association in the DB and remove it. Thus allowing users to re-authenticate with the teachers app.

 

When the system works normally you can do it in the portal but we cant for some reason. Any info or a point in the right direction would be great.

The teacher association is stored within the sims service manager, the only thing extracted from the DB is all staff that are a teacher, nothing is written back. So the only way to reset a teachers activation is via SSM not the DB

 

This is my understanding, maybe @PhilNeal can answer

So if I were to delete SSM and start again it should work. But I'm afraid it doesn't. So far the support I have had from Capita has been great and they are working on the issue for me. Ill let you know how I get on with this issue.
