TomHD Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Hello All, We have some iPads managed by Apple Configurator and some Macbook Pros. The IT club want to take photos and videos from the iPads and transfer them to the Macbooks using USB cable but the iPad does not appear on the Macbook anywhere! I have tested on Windows machine and the iPad appears as a DCIM folder in Explorer. Anyone able to assist Cheers, TomHD
