Sophos Web Appliance - iPads

Having some issues with Sophos Web Appliance at the moment which is used as our proxy.

 

If we have no proxy enabled then internet works fine but as soon as you enable the proxy on the iPads using the proxy IP and port 8080 the traffic will not go through. The web browser sits on the following page: proxy_hostname/index.php?c=auth&i.... etc etc

 

Any ideas how I can get the traffic to go through? Does this seem to be an authentication issue?

 

The proxy is currently set to no authentication required on the iPad and the same on the Sophos Web Appliance.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Resolved it, DNS issue
