[Ipad] Twinkl Phonics Phase 3 not working.

Hello,

I have deployed the Twinkl Phonics Suite (paid for version) onto a group of school ipads using Apple configurator. The suite has 6 Phonics phases and all but Phase 3 work. When I choose Phase 3, the app just bombs out, but works fine for all other phases.

 

I've contacted Apple, but this problem seems to be going on for a while now and I wondered if anyone here has had a similar problem trying to run this app and if so, could give me any ideas.
