Meraki MDM (free version) - Shortcuts and folders

Is it possible to use it to group apps into folder and to put shortcuts to websites on the devices. I have just started evaluating it but it seems to be limited to just putting apps on although I may be missing the bit I'm looking for.

 

If anyone is using it would they mind pointing me in the right direction?

The best way I have found to manage home screens on iPads is to set one up as you want it, back it up and restore your other devices to it. Shortcuts are known as "Webclips" and can be deployed via Meraki, these can be found under the settings tab in Meraki.

Do you do your backup and restore using iTunes or through Configurator? I'm trying to use Meraki as Apple has a "Known Issue" with configurator 2 which has been well documented on this site already.

I used to use Configurator for my backup and restore, but not aware of a way to do it in Configurator 2.1
