RSAT on Windows 10?

Is anyone having trouble installing the RSAT tools on Windows 10 build 10130?

 

It installs for me but very quickly but puts no tools on?

Which version of RSAT are you installing? I thought it didn't work on anything after 10122 yet unless they released a newer version since I had a play with it?

 

Also remember the Language check on it.

That might be the reason then. Only version I can get to at least say it installs is the January one

Does make you wonder. I mean what is the point of server if you can't manage it? I'm guessing the gui tools are going to be highly buggy and incomplete for many months / years post general release.

 

Much like group policy preferences/folder redirection/offline files/roaming profiles were in 7. Just not the priority and not the new way of doing things.

I just want to see the new policies available. Are ADMX files available?

To see new policies have you thought about running gpedit.msc on the local machine? It should give you a little idea of whats new.

Aye still says it on the page it seems:

 

There is no RSAT package available for build 10122 at this time. A release of RSAT is planned for shortly after Windows 10 RTM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Think Aprils is latest it did.

You have to install the server build to get hold of these for now
