Can anyone recommend any decent SIMS Support outfits around the London area? We currently get our Licences from Capita but our support (updates/training) is provided by the LA. I need to price up alternatives for the support part.

Most of the support teams around your locality are LA teams or those who have spun out from LA's. Assuming you buy from Hillingdon at present and are looking for an alternative, your local teams are Harrow, Hounslow and 3BM Ltd.
