Can anyone point me in the direction of some software / web application that will enable me to create an environment where a picture of desktop / screen is shown and then we ask them to click on a certain area ( like an image map ) and then it records the result.

For example - ' click on the 'my computer' icon

I was gonna say, actually use a heatmap, but it'd be a pain to create one, i remember doing a tutorial once many moons ago. Too much hassle.
