Consolidating Folders

I`ve inherited a network where due to verious problems most users have 3 home directorys spread about the server. Its hard to tell which is current as different users seem to be using ones in different locations. I`m after the best way of consolidating them i.e copying all the files from each loaction to one and keeping the latest version of each file then I can archive off the old stuff incase anything is missing.

 

Does anyone know an app which will copy from one folder to another keeping the newest file?

robocopy - I believe it's in the Microsoft Resource Kit.
