Intermittent Internet Issues

Morning all.

 

Past few weeks, been experiencing a lot of internet issues which is now causing many of the staff to lose patience.

 

The issues start about 9am and last throughout the day, the main one is page loading times increasing to an average of 6 seconds. When the internet does slow down, I have ran a few speedtests and we are still getting around 70mb down and 75mb up.

 

Here is our traffic between 9am - 10am this morning.

 

 

I've kicked the usual suspects of the video streams and games, but still doesn't improve it. A part of me is saying a hardware fault somewhere down the lines, but I'd have no idea on where to start troubleshooting.

 

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

disable student wifi ssid - if that works then throttle them back a bit.

We don't have Staff/Student seperate SSID's. Just one generic one.
