I've been handed an iPad on which one of the teachers has changed the Guided Access code. Ideally I would like to just reset the iPad, but Find My iPhone is enabled so connecting to my MacBook doesn't work.

Any ideas how to disable it?

Have you tried to press the home button 3 times, thats if this has been set up to show your accessibility options?

Or you could try a force reboot of the iPad by holding down power and home buttons for 15 seconds then disable it once rebooted

Tried both multiple times. Teacher changed the code in accessibility options and has forgotten it.

And when the iPad is force rebooted it shows the home screen for about 0.5 seconds before opening the locked program.
