MrPstv Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 Sloooooooow A single pc on the network ( The Head Teacher's) has a problem with SVC HOST hogging the ram. Any ideas of why and a pointer to a possible fix please.. Can't see anything on tinterweb to fix this issue.
Oaktech Posted May 6, 2015 Posted May 6, 2015 right click the svchost instance in question and click 'go to services' it should give you a clue as to what services the instance of svchost is hosting and you might be able to do something about it. My guess is that it's probably BITS and trusted installer and it's doing updates of some description...
