HP Laserjet P2015 enlarging and cropping images

Hello all,

 

I have an issue with Windows 7 and a HP Laserjet P2015 cropping images from a word document.

 

The user is inserting pictures from the internet and locally into MS Word.

 

The pictures appear fine in the word document and on print preview but when printed it seems to enlarge the pictures within the original picture sized box.

 

If printing to another printer it is all fine.

 

the drivers have been removed and reinstalled.

 

I have had a look and changed things but nothing seems to work.

 

This issue is only affecting one user.

 

Anyone got any ideas?

Have you tried the HP universal driver, i find they work wonders?

+1 for the Universal drivers. I'm running the PCL6 drivers v61.141.1.15198 which isn't the latest but they have been rock solid for me, running 14 different types of HP printers including HPCLJ's.
