Issue accessing website

The science teacher wishes to access a page called Cell Size and Scale located at Cell Size and Scale.

(nb: if the trailing slash isn't there you will get a different problem!)

 

On some netbooks, the picture and zoom bar does not appear and yet on others it seems fine.

Can anyone help me find out why this would be?

The page has a title and a box but there is nothing in it. No messages of any sort appear. Compatibility view makes no difference.

She says it worked fine last year.

The picture and zoom bar are iframed from somewhere else. It could be an IE setting on some machines restricting the iframe from working properly.

 

Have you tried adding the site it to your 'trusted sites' zone in GPO to see if it helps?

 

Can they use another browser?

Tried it in chrome and it works fine. Plus my IE works fine, so might be some settings you have set.

Tried adding it to trusted sites - still doesn't work. Doesn't work in Chrome or Firefox either.

What settings could stop it? I don't know what it is exactly so I don't know where to look!

What settings could stop it? I don't know what it is exactly so I don't know where to look!

 

Have you tried you security settings in IE as you could have it set to be blocking iframes? Internet Options -> Security, try having a play about with them as if you have it to high might be stopping it?

This is what I did but it made no difference. I will try the other exceptions

I played around with IE security but again, couldn't make it work

I think it might be javascript not being enabled. Will check tomorrow
