Morning Everyone,

 

Please feel free to move this if it's in the wrong section, is anyone using Big Ant IM in school, it's appears to be working fine for us with the exception of around 5 user accounts that

will not auto sign in for some reason.

 

If I cancel the auto sign in and sign in manually it works fine, I have re-created the use account and still nothing, changed the address to the servers IP in case it was a DNS issue but still nothing,

we are within our licence for the amount of users and even though I have emailed Big Ant the response and technical support is not the best.

 

Just fishing for ideas on how to sort this guys or does anyone have a suggestion for an alternative internal messenger system.
