Exchange 2010 -> Office 365 Migration [Quotes required]

Looking to migrate our existing Exchnage 2010 to Office 365 as my time is taken up with planning a new network design. (and I have no idea what is involved)

 

I have full control over our external DNS settings etc

 

Currently have email journaling in place for all emails and would like to retain that either within Office 365 or a freshly installed Exchange 2013 server.

 

Budget is tight so depending on cost will determine if this can be done by the winning quote.
