LeMarchand Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 Is anyone else having problems with this? Just had most of a class log on to find the sign in and subsequent screens "scrunched up" in a corner or strip. The all seem to have the same versions of Java/IE/Flash, and the problem happens in Chrome too. Anyone got any ideas?
mikkydoos Posted April 29, 2015 Posted April 29, 2015 I'm having trouble with Flash player v17. Their login and some post login screens are hosted on a different domain. Are parts of the page being filtered out? 1

LeMarchand Posted April 30, 2015 Author Posted April 30, 2015 Just noticed that this still isn't displaying correctly, so going for a bump to see if it's affecting anyone else.
LeMarchand Posted April 30, 2015 Author Posted April 30, 2015 Proxy exception ? Don't think so - all on same proxy. Have implemented a "clear cache" GPO just in case and will check tomorrow. Have also contacted Mathletics.
LeMarchand Posted June 8, 2015 Author Posted June 8, 2015 Still not resolved this satisfactorily. Adding it to the compatability list seems to help in IE (though not in Chrome). So a crafty bump in case anyone else has cracked this.
