VPP missing apps?

Has anyone had the problem of finding an APP on the itunes store but unable to find/purchase the license on VPP?

 

I've been waiting for Youtube Kids to come on VPP in order to deploy via MDM but I cannot find it! It definitely exists!

 

I may have to resort to Apple Configurator

Are you using Redeem codes or managed distribution licences ?? The app looks as though it is free so if you are using redeem codes you have to download this using iTunes and not the VPP store?

Managed distribution. It should be a free APP anyway but I'll need to 'purchase' it through VPP for a silent deployment. I could use configurator and iTunes but I'm trying to avoid using it as I'd like everything managed

In the search box in VPP paste the URL to the app from iTunes app store. Here is the link: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/youtube-kids/id936971630?mt=8

 

VPP can find the app that way rather than using a search term.

First News Newspaper is a popular one with our Primaries that isn't available in the VPP store. I agree, it can be a right pain.

Semi worked! It found it under the US store. I guess it's not available in GB yet and that's why I cannot see it on VPP :-(
