MikeGreen Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Morning All, Apologies if this is a daft question, but does a UPS have a "sleep mode"? We are having an issue with a switch turning itself off / rebooting. We have been dealing with HP regarding the issues emailing log files and updating firmware etc. But the past couple of time the UPS looks like its gone in to some kind of sleep mode saying has 0% load. The only way to power on the switch is to reboot the UPS. Just trying to determine if we have a switch issue a UPS issue or both as we know there was an issue with one of the modules in the switch. Blue_Cookeh Posted April 27, 2015 Posted April 27, 2015 Try running the switch on the mains, and try running another piece of hardware from the UPS for a while IMO.
