sims will not load up come up with this

if any one can help me with this I would love to fine out what is going one then I can fix this I have try this I need to get his sored out quickly as possible

Re-name your SIMS .Net folder on the C: drive to "SIMS .Net Old" and then run SIMSApplicationSetup.exe from your Setups folder.

 

This should resolve this problem.
