Hi,

Recently Rolled out Office 2013 to the entire school, so far going good apart from the staff usual moans and groans of change.

Trying to disable the Share Tab under File (http://i.imgur.com/wwTPqYb.png) via GPO, I have managed to do everything else but cannot find something to do this.

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

To disable the entire Share tab in the Backstage View you need to enter the relevant control ID of the tab - in this case 18147 - in the Disable commands GPO:

User Configuration \ Administrative Templates \ Microsoft Word 2013 \ Disable Items in User Interface \ Custom

Note. Each Office program has its own Disable commands GPO so you will need to do the same for Excel, PowerPoint etc.
