[ipad] Not connecting to network, Unable to connect or incorrect password

So my woe of poor broadband / wifi and iPads goes on.

I have 1 ipad that in school says that the wifi password is wrong - it isn't ( tried re entering it, reset network settings, restarting the ap didn't work either) although the other devices are fine.

Also i have about 8 ipad mini's that are just saying unable to connect to network?

 

Any one else had similar problems?

Out of interest what wireless APs do you use?

We're Netgear 360 AP's with NetGear ProSafe GS11GTP and a NetGear Prosafe WC7520 controller

Is there a firmware update for the controller at all? Seem to remember having a similar issue before.

Thanks @tmoon-mint any ideas roughly how long it takes to update or how long the wifi will be down when I upgrade the firmware

Not sure to be honest, might be best doing it outside working hours.

Sorry to dig up an old thread but I can confirm that a firmware upgrade fixed this issue for me. You can even schedule it on the controller to happen at night so that it doesnt bring the network down during school time. The update takes about 30 minutes to complete.
