Hi guys

We are attempting to setup moderation on a specific users' email. We have implemented the hub transport rule and the settings basically are as follows:

mail from

forward to

,
&
for moderation

HOWEVER, after 4 test emails, none of the moderators are receiving the moderation request.

I have checked the arbitration mailboxes and they are all in AD, they are active in the DB.

Unfortunately I'm stuck now, not massively experienced with exchange so any help would be awesome!

Thanks

Just an update to the above

Upon investigation, it seems the messages are immediately going into the poison queue.. I can't see why but hopefully someone out there will be able to help!

Thanks

Watson report about to be sent for process id: 4780, with parameters: E12, c-RTL-AMD64, 14.03.0181.006, edgetransport, M.Exchange.Transport, M.E.T.ApprovalInitiation.TryGetArbitrationAddress, System.NullReferenceException, 9edf, 14.03.0181.006.

ErrorReportingEnabled: False

After that the message got pushed into the poison queue, after seeing that first error message, im not surprised. To me that looks like exchange is looking for the arbitration boxes but not getting their location?
