Issues Accessing teachernet.gov.uk (CTF Files)

Just had a call from our front office saying that they can't get to https://securedatatransfer.teachernet.gov.uk for their CTF files, I immediately thought that Smoothwall was blocking something but this does not seem to be the case looking at the logs. I also get the same message when tethered to my phone and on non domain computers.

 

Anyone else having problems with this today?

Chrome complains that the site is using out of date security settings which will be disabled in Chrome at some point, but the certificate itself is valid and working.
