Hi I have a query. Which is home related..

 

I have a Technicolor TG582n FTTC on Plusnet..

 

But the router doesn't allow mac filtering.

 

I need a device (Router) to allow me to manage what devices can have access and at what times of day..

 

Also.. I am looking to purchase some power-lines to install through the house.. Or can u get some 'Mac' filtering\Management via a powerline..

 

Any ideas?

If you are wanting to do some static IP -> mac binding then doing firewalls rules on that then look no further than a DrayTek Vigor 2860 which has an integrated VDSL modem so you can ditch the BT one if required.
