My brother runs a pub in Brighton and as its mainly full of uni students and he has 40" tv's on the wall doing nothing as they dont show sports. Hes asked me if theres a way to get it so that if the students take a picture and upload it to facebook/twitter/instagram and tag the pub in it that the pictures will show on the tv screens. I know ive seen this sort of thing when ive been out, is there a website that i can point him to?

Also the tv's are none smart samsungs so would a chromecast connected up to the wifi be the best bet?

Finally some of the drinkers with samsung phones have found they can control the tv via there phones is there a way to turn this off?

Thanks for any help!!

Full of uni students, no control over the TV, user generated content appearing on the screen. Sounds like a disaster to me!

This looks interesting: Tweetwally - Create a Tweetwall to Organize and Present Tweets - he could set the hashtag as #PubNameFeed (or whatever). I believe Chromecast would let him access this site, then just full-screen it?

Looks like it might do the job in question.

It's really common these days, but generally speaking you have a photographer from the club/pub/venue taking the pictures and they have to ask permission to use it.
