[windows software] Check license keys

We've taken on a new site and im now running their IT systems, i'm trying to get to the bottom of the MS licensing. I've found a copy of the Win7, Office 2010 and SBS2011 that they've installed across site but can find no supporting paperwork to see how many they are licenses for. I'll be adding them to our EES later this year anyway but want to try to be straight with it all by then. Is there anyway i can find out what type of keys they have and if they are legal?

VAMT (just tried searching for VMAT and it is something entirely different). Haven't used this before, does it work with Windows 8.1 as well as I vaguely remember there being some change to the licensing system for that?

It shows the license state and type for whatever it can find. Just run it here and our "standard" laptops show a KMS activation while the deputy's "gotta have it now!" lappie shows a retail key - all as expected. It will show unlicensed and out of license/grace machines, too.
