googlemad Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 I've set up PaperCut Email to Print which is working well in my testing however one small potential problem has arisen in the fact that any email jobs sent to the MFD (pull queue) when displayed on the MFD screen can only be printed and you can't seem to select them and delete them if you no longer require them. Is there something obvious I'm missing?
MatthewL Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 You should be able to do the same as you would with a normal job, presume the email address it is been sent from is registered against your user ok? Might be worth looking here just to check you have not missed a step. I have never used it in production only in testing though so cannot give anymore than that at the moment.
googlemad Posted March 30, 2015 Author Posted March 30, 2015 Yes, although I did notice in the print queue the 'owner' is SYSTEM rather than the actual user (Although the user can obviously see it and release it under their user ID and it is also charged to the correct user ID once released)
MatthewL Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Cloud print jobs show as system too but release ok. Will check to see if I can delete them when I next get a MFD with PaperCut on and cloud print. Might be worth raising a ticket and seeing what they say. 1
