[mdt] Keep control of your task sequence

Hi

 

I find myself struggling with keeping control of my TS in MDT.

I have several different images with different setups, product keys, and TS.

 

Each time I need to make a new image with new settings, copy/past EACH step that i need from a old TS into the new TS.

For some reason i can't copy a whole "custome task" from a old TS, into a new TS.

 

What do you guys do when you have multiple image with multiple TS, where you you need to take this and that from other TS's.

 

There must be a easier way of handpicking each TS.

I use MDT 2012, I open two task sequences side by side and copy the directory folders that contain bits of the task sequence, use CTRL+C instead of the right click, copy. I had this issue and overcame it using the keyboard shortcuts. Use CTRL+V to paste it and then move it to the desired level.
