Harry1980 Posted March 26, 2015 Posted March 26, 2015 Hi All, I have a Toshiba Laptop running Windows 8.1 Pro and MS Office 2013 Pro Plus. When I try to open a PowerPoint file downloaded from the internet I cannot open it even after saving the file to the laptop. It comes up with the following message; "sorry, PowerPoint can't read C:\Users\administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\INetCache\IE\0N5TU8NB\Mini Beasts.ppt." When I click on Show Help it talks about Anti Virus and that might be blocking it and if you trust it you should disable the anti virus. I have the same laptop and on mines it works fine. I am trying to download files from TES website. When I save the file to the laptop, right click the file and in properties it has an option to unblock the file, when I unblock the file it works fine. This issue is also affecting 4 other users who have the same laptop and MS Office. When I downgrade the MS Office to 2007 it works fine. Any advice or tips will be much appreciated. Thanks
