Impero can't watch recording

Hi,

 

We have Impero Education and for some reason after recording a user we can't seem to watch the video. It shows up in the list but when I click "Watch Recording" a dialog box pops up saying "application busy, please wait". Any ideas?

Check the connection between server and console. Only time I have seen that is when vlans or firewalls causes console and server connection to delay. Try opening and console on Impero server and see what happens?
