Adding a folder to start menu without redirecting

Hi all,

 

I want to add a folder to the 'All Programs' list for all staff (containing internal systems shortcuts) without redirecting their entire start menu.

 

Is this possible through GPO?

You can always use group policy preferences. You should find what you are looking for under "Windows Settings".

unless you have 'remove common programs' set somewhere in a gpo, surely you should be able to just use a startup script to copy the folder you want into the start menu location for all users?
