Busybub Posted December 10, 2007 Posted December 10, 2007 Have a user complaining that their address shortcuts have disappeared, which I have managed to narrow down to Outlook Nicknames. Found this: http://www.computerdoctor.com.au/FAQ/RebuildOutlookNicknameCache/nickname.asp But comes up with a Type Mismatch error, and does nothing. Any kind soul able to debug or offer an alternative solution? Cheers!
