OWA IIS Message

Can anyone explain why users from a high school trying to access their OWA are being presented with an IIS message after OWA authentication.

 

We have some staff from a high school visiting our school. We've told them to communicate with IT at their side, but at the same time want to know why it might do this.

 

Has anyone experienced this before.

Only if they are accessing HTTP instead of HTTPS or forgot the /owa of the end of the URL

It's definitely https, I suspect in that case it's the latter point.
