Graphics Cards - £150 Mark

Hello All,

 

I am looking to upgrade from my existing nVidia Geforce GTS 450 here to something with a bit more power I am looking to spend about £150,

 

I am not 100% at the moment on whats the best option out of AMD/nVidia for the money.

You're looking at a GTX 960 2GB or an R9 285 2GB in that price bracket. The Nvidia card wins. It gets a bit tighter moving up to £180, but Maxwell is fairly dominant in the mid-range.

 

Just to check - what screen are you driving, and what games do you play?
