smacrory1980 Posted March 11, 2015 Posted March 11, 2015 Hi all, Our frog VLE is very outdated. I'm looking at getting something more up to date. I'm aware of the main school VLE providers studywiz, frog, moodle etc but they are all a bit too overkill for what we want and pricey. All we use frog for is a place children can privately take part in discussion forums, a bit of blogging and internal email. Does anyone know of anywhere or any companies that could just provide us with these basic requirements?

Obviously has document creation, Google Sites, Google forums, Blogs etc and also comes with Google Classroom which is a method for teachers to hand out work and then mark it. You will also get to control Chrome browser, Chromebooks etc all under the same account. EDIT: will also have Play Store for Education (or whatever it's called) so you can also choose the type of apps that get listed on any Android devices. Edited March 11, 2015 by edutech4schools 1
