Crop / Make a gif smaller

I want a gif image as my avatar...

 

How do I make it smaller / 80 x 80 pixels etcs...

In Fireworks - select Image Size, change the dimensions to suit, untick Current page only, done!

On reflection I don't think I can get it down to 19.5kb because of its frames....

I managed to get the size down to about 35kb.. below that it won't even look like Gir anymore! I didn't realize the size limit was so.. restricted.

This is below the size limit so you'd be able to upload it but..

Maybe if you edited that last frame so it still used one of the colours in the other frames it'd look ok?

I didn't check the size restraints, but thought that the one I had made was probably too big, sorry.

NO WORRIES PEOPLE! I found a smaller, fewer framed gif of equal pleasure....
