If you go for a pre-terminated length, then it's basically a case of undoing the protective sheath over the fibre tails and plugging them into the sockets inside the patch panel. As long as your careful it's not too difficult, but it depends how confident you are handing the fibre strands.

 

30 metres of 4 core OM2 with ST ends is around the £90 mark upwards, but then you need the patch panels, converters etc on top of it.

I've never used it, but the 7 reviews on Amazon were mostly favourable - I guess at that price you can't expect the best.

I'd rather take the advice of an edugeeker any day though!
