ICT Technician

Grade 3 SCP16-21 £16,969-£19,742

Full-time (36.66 hrs per week), Full Year

 

We are looking to recruit an ICT Technician to join our busy ICT Department. This is a varied role which involves maintaining hardware and software used by pupils and staff, as well as providing technical ICT support for teaching and learning, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times. You will also record the issues identified and the steps taken to resolve them, therefore good administration skills are necessary.

 

We require someone who can develop excellent working relations with all staff, requiring exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

 

You should have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in ICT or related subject, be experienced in diagnosing and correcting straightforward ICT faults, be technically proficient in Microsoft software, and have experience of installing, configuring and testing ICT equipment and software.
