Looking at implementing Radius with our Ruckus Zone Director.

Can anyone tell me if I can do the following?

Have school laptops connect with a certificate so that the machine is authenticated rather than the user so anyone can login

Have personal student/staff devices connect via AD authentication so that we know who has connected but only give them internet access

Limit authentication to only staff and 6th form. So if anyone one in lower school tried they get rejected.

If all of this is possible does anyone have a good guide or website they used to implement it?

Just looking at the first one:

Yep, that's what we do - where are you with this setup, do you have a radius server running, CA setup?

My documentation for our system will probably cover most of that I can export the one note section for you if you want. Too much information to scrub out to post publicly so I will email you if you want to take a look.
