AppV client has stopped updating on logon

Not sure what's happened, but it seems as though all our PCs ith the appv client on have stopped refreshing on logon. It works fine as an administrator (whether it's actually refreshing or already has the settings in place I'm unsure!) but on the students mandatory profiles they're all logging on only to find the appv apps aren't working because the appv folder in appdata local isn't appearing due to the lack of update.

 

The february windows updates were down about a week ago, but apart from that i can't think of anything else that has changed. Anyone know of any software breaking updates?

 

Any suggestions on where to go with this? I'm stumped!
