CHiLL Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 (edited) Hey. Does anybody have a spare HP 379124-001 PSU (HP Spare part number: 403781-001) that we could have/buy ASAP. Or know of where we can get one? We are a Birmingham school, and can possibly travel to collect one. One of our HP servers' PSU let go overnight during a power failure and its vital to get it back online asap. Thanks. A stressed technical team. Edited February 24, 2015 by CHiLL

localzuk Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 As its for a G5 server, its kinda old now. So, your choices are either something quite expensive like this - http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hewlett-Packard-379124-001-Proliant-379123-001/dp/B003ZXPPBI or, you could try someone like @ict-direct? They sell refurb G5 servers, so they might have one of those PSUs somewhere in stock. 1

CHiLL Posted February 24, 2015 Author Posted February 24, 2015 Update! Thanks for the replies. We've managed to source a supplier on eBay who is based in Cannock who had some in stock for £25. I've been to collect them in person so we can get the server back online. We've now fitted it and the server is back up and running. Thanks again for your replies.
