J_Worth Posted February 19, 2015 Posted February 19, 2015 Hello everyone, We have just migrated our SIMS server from Server 2008 Enterprise to Server 2012 R2 Standard. As well as this we have also migrated the database from SQL 2008 to SQL 2012. It all seems to be working as expected, however, when we open SIMS Services Manager, and click on the "Schools" link, it has a red "X" symbol next to the school and when you mouse over, it says, "Error connecting". Has anyone got a solution to this? Many thanks in advance.
J_Worth Posted February 19, 2015 Author Posted February 19, 2015 Never mind - fixed it! Had to use the SIMS Services Manager Helper utility to Grant the appropriate permissions. Once this was done, a green tick appeared next to the school. 1
