Windows 8.1 profile to big

How did you go about your windows 8.1 profile creation? I have found that the local administrator profile that I want to become the default is huge how can I tame it? So far I have removed the sun Java installer and halved it size. How can I make the profile small so I can capture the image? Should I run the installers with a separate user and then logon as administrator and just run the programs in it? Also can I have a v.2 and v.3 default network profile?

Have you taken out all the built in apps using powershell? If I were a betting man, I would say that's your problem (or at least a large part of it).

I have not removed the inbuld apps but I have notice that if delete this folder it get recreated at logon "appdata\local\Microsoft\".

 

Also I seem to find that these office directories are quite big appdata\roaming\bibliography 3.16MB and appdata\roaming\Microsoft\Document building blocks 3.53MB

 

Also can anyone clear this up does local and low get created at every login with a network profile?
