Our Website - Issues with not loading correctly?

I have recently been speaking with someone who tried to view our school website from a library and a separate computer on internet explorer and they have showed me images of the website where it has not rendered/loaded correctly. Here is a few screenshots:

Is there anyone out there who can advise me what the problem is here? Obviously the website runs perfectly for me on my macbook running Safari, so if anyone can test on other browsers/machines that would be really helpful to me. Or if you have any idea what is wrong in this situation as I would hate to think others are having this problem when trying to access our website too.

I've had similar issues with sites I've built when going through LA filtering, yet from anywhere else they were perfect, so it could be something similar considering they were accessing it from the library.

 

Works perfect here.

I'm using IE11 on Win 7, but also tested with Chrome and seems fine in that too.

 

We're not with our LA for Internet anymore (woohoo!) so unfortunately I can't check it through that.

Tested on Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 10 using windows 7 PC and everything loads okay, none of those issues you have pictured occur

 

We are with NGFL but filtering is done on site through smoothwall

All okay here, chrome, firefox and, IE.

 

Some of your fonts are stored offsite, maybe that's breaking your CSS if they cant get to those domains?

I'd be surprised if the Bootstrap CDN and/or Google caused problems, plus it'd be stored in cache.

 

OP: try deleting your browser cache and clearing the DNS, what version of Internet Explorer isn't running it correctly?

All OK here too.

 

Browsers: Chrome and IE 10.

 

O/S: Windows 7: SP1: 64 Bit.

 

ISP: HGfL/Updata.

I was told it was version 11. The person trying is also a technician and thinks it must be something to do with my website but I just don't see how if it is working for others fine??

I'd say that have it set to compat view, same issues you get if you do it.

Sorry misread first bit assumed you meant library on site.

 

Definitely client side issue I'd say, whether it's set as compat view on their browser, or they're disabling javascript etc.

 

Works fine externally if it's not set as compat for me.

 

Edit - If you wanted to test it, could put in the line to force it to ignore compat view etc, and always show as 9+ and see what happens for them, if that fixes it deffo them
