Kerberos Proxy not responding?

Hey Guys,

 

We have a Kerberos proxy setup on our Smoothwall box. Windows machines connect to it perfectly fine but Mac Machines won't. I have checked and the Mac's can ping/resolve the name of the Smoothwall Box and vice-versa. The time is correctly synced also.

 

Mac machines just say cannot connect to proxy server, smooth wall has had a thorough look and they said "The mac domain isn't receiving Kerebros Tickets" or something like that? Can anyone lend a hand, don't even know where to look!?
